The Nortel Business Communications Manager (BCM) system provides private network and telephony management capability to small and medium-sized businesses. It integrates voice and data capabilities, voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) gateway functions, and quality of service (QoS) data-routing features into a single telephony system.
